One of the most challenging things in anyone’s life is to admit they need help. I have struggled with asking for help and acknowledging that I could no longer cope with everything around me. When I went to counseling for the first time it changed how I thought about myself and others. That’s why I chose to be in this profession and give that sense of relief to my clients.
Although I cannot promise your life will be changed forever, and all your problems will disappear. We can work together to start and promote healthy lifestyle changes that will eventually lead to a more fulfilling life. I work with all clients of any age range, especially children and adolescents.
About me:
I was originally born and raised in New York until I went to college in TN and moved here to Houston, Texas. I enjoy watching anime, playing video games, listening to music, reading, and going to concerts.
