Hi! My name is Eliana Pressel and I am a Life Coach.
I have more than 10 years of experience helping people go through their fears and difficulties, accept and process their emotions, help with relationship issues and find hope, find solutions, and make life-changing decisions. I have expertise working with people with substance abuse, their families as well and people with stress, anxiety, anger management, life transitions, self-esteem, body image issues, grief/loss, trauma, parenting, and immigration. I work with adults, children, couples, and families. I offer services in English and in Spanish (Hablo Español).Â

I obtained my degrees in Psychology and Counseling in my native country (Argentina) and then I moved here and got my Life Coach certification.Â
