My areas of expertise include anger management, anxiety and depression, substance abuse, contemporary masculinity, and multicultural issues. I am a bilingual counselor in English and Spanish that has a strong commitment to supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. I use a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Choice Therapy to address each client’s unique needs.
