Grace Weiman

Associate Therapist

Here to help you.

Supervised by Frank J. Ortiz, MS, NCC, LPC-S

Life can feel overwhelming at times—especially when you’re navigating grief, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move toward meaningful change at your own pace.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate providing therapy to adults, teens, children, couples, and families. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and have particular experience supporting women, men, and LGBTQ+ individuals. Also, I support healthcare workers and mental health professionals who often carry unique emotional burdens while caring for others.

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. My approach integrates evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as solution-focused therapy, strength-based therapy, somatic approaches, dialectical behavioral therapy, attachment-based therapy, and more. This allows me to tailor therapy to your unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we will focus not only on symptom relief, but also on building insight, resilience, and practical tools you can use in daily life.

As a therapist who is half Filipina and half Arab, I value cultural humility and understand how to identity family systems and cultural expectations that can shape our mental health. I also bring lived experience with ADHD, anxiety, complex grief, and PTSD, which deepens my empathy and reinforces my belief that healing is not about “fixing” yourself—it’s about understanding yourself with compassion and learning how to thrive with the tools and supports that work for you.

I offer in-person and virtual sessions. Whether you are seeking support for a specific concern or simply want a space to better understand yourself, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
