Autumn is a counselor-in-training who supports individuals through depression, anxiety, sports performance anxiety, grief and loss, and major life transitions. She understands how overwhelming these experiences can feel, especially when life changes suddenly or emotions become heavy.
Her goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward. Autumn is completing her graduate studies through Marshall University and brings experience in competitive athletics, teaching, living abroad, and parenthood. These experiences shape her compassionate, grounded approach and her focus on helping clients stabilize during times that feel raw or unmanageable.
Autumn works collaboratively to address immediate concerns while building tools, insight, and resilience that support long-term well-being. Her approach is practical and compassionate, focused on understanding patterns, values, and strengths that allow for meaningful growth. Therapy is not about simply coping—it is about creating space to heal and move beyond survival mode into thriving.
