I also offer specialized therapy for spouses of first responders, active-duty military, and veterans, addressing challenges like deployments, relocations, ETS transitions, and trauma.
I understand that opening up can be difficult, so I meet my clients where they are and prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship at your own pace I use an integrative approach, borrowing from various theoretical orientations, such as person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. Together, we can create a safe space for personal development and self-acceptance.
