Accepting new clients at the Memorial location.
Growing up in a South Asian community, I am acutely aware of the cultural nuances that can influence mental health and well-being. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel understood and empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions. I bring a unique perspective and deep empathy to my practice, shaped by my journey as a single mother of three who has triumphed over trauma and overcome significant adversity. It informs my practice, allowing me to connect with clients profoundly. My experiences have fueled my passion for helping others find their strengths and resilience in facing life’s challenges. I specialize in assisting clients to navigate a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. My journey as a single mother of three who has overcome significant adversity informs my practice, allowing me to connect with clients on a profound level. I am dedicated to helping individuals build resilience, instill hope, and foster self-esteem.
Additionally, I offer compassionate, evidence-based couples therapy, focusing on fostering communication, understanding, and connection. Together, we can work towards healing and personal growth, transforming challenges into opportunities for positive change.
