Yesica Lemus

Therapist

Here to help you.

Hi! I am Yesica Lemus, a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with 14 years of experience in the mental health field. I’m dedicated to providing intentional and thoughtful support to individuals seeking insight and healing. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, difficulty adjusting to changes, generational trauma, self-esteem concerns, challenges in relationships, immigrations/refugee concerns, and grief. I enjoy working with clients who are looking for a deeper understanding into their emotional and behavioral patterns.

As a first-generation Salvadoran American, I bring a unique perspective to my work with clients. I understand what it means to exist between two cultures and navigate the nuances and stressors of everyday life within that context. I strive to honor the individuality of each client’s mental health journey, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing.

I approach each client with a holistic and compassionate mindset. Utilizing cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and narrative therapy techniques, I approach sessions with cultural sensitivity and understanding, honoring the diverse perspectives and identities of those I work with.

I believe that every person has a unique inner power that can help them adapt, grow, and thrive. I aim to empower my clients to discover their inner strengths, cultivate resilience, and craft a life of mental wellness. Together, we can work towards creating a life that is meaningful and authentic to you.
