Kalvinesha Jackson
Here to help you.

Kalvinesha Jackson
Accepting new client in the Spring Tomball location.
I’m Kalvinesha (Nesha) Jackson, a second-year graduate student at Texas Southern University, pursuing a degree in Mental Health Counseling. I’m currently interning at District Counseling (The Vintage location), under the supervision of Sarah Rodriguez.
I am particularly interested in play therapy, trauma-informed care, behavioral therapy, and mind-body approaches to healing. I aim to explore how past experiences, especially trauma, are stored in the body and how they impact behavior and emotions. My goal is to help individuals process and release these stored experiences, fostering healing and healthier coping strategies.
Alongside my internship, I work as a special education educator, supporting students with diverse needs.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy reading and engaging in arts and crafts.
