I’m an LCSW-S with 15+ years helping adults, couples & families, especially Latino individuals, first-gen professionals & first responders. I work with trauma, anxiety, eating disorders & relationship stress, including the weight of living between cultures. In Person & Telehealth: TX. Telehealth only: MD, AR & NM. Insurance accepted; sliding scale.
My approach is relational, culturally affirming, and trauma-informed. I draw on CBT, DBT, ACT, CPT, psychodynamic, somatic, and family systems frameworks because I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is where healing begins. I want you to experience a space that is warm, honest, and genuinely free of judgment.
