RoseMary Arredondo

Licensed Professional Counselor Associate

Hi, I’m RoseMary, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to explore your emotions, build resilience, and achieve your healing or goals.

My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, career counseling, chronic pain, family conflict, parenting, romantic relationships, relationship issues, premarital issues, and divorce.

I was born in Kansas where my father was an officer in the U.S. Army, but I grew up in Texas. I’ve lived in the Houston area for over 30 years and my community is important to me. I married my high school sweetheart and became the proud mama to my two amazing daughters. My 30 years of marriage and the experience of raising my daughters and grandchildren has given me valuable insight on how to navigate a marriage and the challenging toddler and teen years.

If you could interview my previous clients and those close to me, they would describe me as kind, laid back and extremely passionate about supporting others, which I believe are a few of the things that make me a great therapist. Your sessions with me will incorporate a variety of research based clinical and collaborative approaches, including ACT, CBT, and Mindfulness, to help you rediscover the awesome person you already are. My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and laid back.

I’m confident that I can sit alongside you in your journey, while helping you to cope with whatever life may be throwing your way. If you are ready to get in touch with the best you, schedule an appointment with me.
