Here to help you.

LPC – Associate

Supervised by William Henry, LPC-S

My name is Rebecca, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate. I am originally from Kansas City, Missouri, and moved to the Houston area in 2014! One of my favorite hobbies is reading and people can usually find me with my nose buried in my Kindle. I recently graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health. I have worked with children, adolescents and teens helping them work through anxiety, life transitions, social and behavioral issues, and assertiveness.

I am passionate about helping people heal and live out all their dreams. My approach is highly client focused, providing clients with a safe space to lead me towards the places they want to go and a healthier lifestyle. I like to think of it as riding in the car, where the client is the driver, and I am the passenger offering support and direction in your journey to your ideal destination.

I believe that everyone can change, and I want to help you by giving you the tools you need to achieve your goals! Using different therapeutic modalities, such as Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused and Narrative. I am hopeful that I will be able to help guide you towards a deeper understanding of yourself and others.
