Here to help you.

Hello, my name is Jennifer Chevez, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate. I am bilingual in English and Spanish. I am passionate about serving Spanish-speaking communities by increasing awareness and understanding of mental health, especially given the social and cultural stigma surrounding it. I believe that education and openness are key to breaking down barriers and encouraging individuals to seek the support they deserve!
I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, and I am deeply committed to supporting each individual’s well-being by fostering growth, healing, and empowerment. I believe that a strong counselor-client relationship built on trust, respect, and collaboration is essential for meaningful personal development and lasting change.
My therapy style would characterize as one that places a strong emphasis on understanding each client’s individuality and complexity. This encourages a personalized treatment that align to the unique needs of the person. I strive to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, gain deeper self-awareness, and move confidently toward the future you envision. Together, we will create a path forward that feels authentic and empowering for you!
