Accepting new client in the Spring Tomball location.
In life, change is an inevitable constant. Although navigating through change can be challenging, I am here to assist you in finding your footing. As a counselor, my objective is to guide you through life’s ups and downs and create a safe, open, and comfortable space where your voice can be heard amidst every challenge. I offer counseling services for individuals spanning all age groups, including children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families. My experience encompasses addressing a wide range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, medical anxiety, fear, anger, substance use disorders, teen-related concerns, emotional regulation, trauma, grief, and more.
Recognizing the scarcity of Spanish-speaking counselors, I offer counseling sessions in Spanish, Bilingual, and English. This flexibility aims to create an environment where you can communicate comfortably in the language that suits you best.
I was born in Brooklyn, New York, but raised in the great state of Texas. I attained my bachelor’s degree in arts from Colby College in Waterville, Maine, and am pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from Liberty University. My theories focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person-centered, and some positive psychology, based on what works best for you as the client! I’m looking forward to navigating life with you!
