It can be scary for you not to know what to do and never feel like you are not good enough. Being vulnerable is a courageous step, and I commend you for that. In therapy, you will become empowered and maximize your potential.
I enjoy seeing the clients’ transformation from the moment they walked in the door the first time to where they are now. They have been able to set boundaries that they never thought they could for themselves. They have realized their strengths and what they are capable of in all aspects of life. They didn’t allow their past to determine their future.
