Ana Torres

Associate Therapist

Here to help you.

Do painful memories or a difficult past keep you from moving forward?
When life feels stuck because of recurring thoughts, distressing dreams, or a mix of emotions, it can be hard to imagine a better future. I understand how overwhelming this can feel, whether you are a child, teen, or adult.

Often, the events of our past can feel like they’re still happening in the present. They may show up as anxiety, emotional distance, or a constant sense of being on guard. You might notice repeating old patterns, struggling with school or relationships, or finding it hard to trust others. It can leave you feeling stuck.

This is where our work begins. I provide a safe and supportive space—free from judgment—where you can explore these experiences at your own pace. Whether I’m working with a child, adolescent, or adult, my role is to walk alongside you as a guide.

Together, we will gently untangle how the past has shaped your present, allowing you to process what happened and begin creating a new relationship with yourself.

You don’t have to carry this alone. Please reach out if you’d like to discuss your needs. I am happy to offer a complimentary phone consultation to answer any questions and see if we are a good fit.
