I’m Amarantha Reyna, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, working under the supervision of Francisco Ortiz, LPC-S. I provide therapy services in Austin and am currently accepting new clients. My approach is rooted in creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore life’s complexities and embark on a journey of healing and self-discovery. I believe in the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship and prioritize building a strong, empathetic connection with each individual.
Whether you’re navigating challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, or other life stressors, I’m here to offer compassionate support. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques, tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll cultivate authenticity, embrace vulnerability, and foster self-compassion.
Outside of my practice, I cherish time spent with my partner, family, and friends. I enjoy exploring Austin’s vibrant coffee scene, engaging in thoughtful puzzles, and finding joy in the company of my cats.
