Adriana Gomez, MS, LPC-Associate
Supervised by Dr. William July, LPC-S

I’m Adriana Gómez, a bilingual (Spanish/English) therapist with over 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy and professional counseling to adults, couples, adolescents, and families. I currently work exclusively with Spanish-speaking clients, offering in-person therapy in Houston, Texas, and virtual sessions throughout the state of Texas. I provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, grief, self-esteem, and life transitions. My approach is person-centered and evidence-based, helping clients feel secure in their relationships, strengthen emotional connections, and build confidence in themselves, while learning to manage stress, increase resilience, and improve overall emotional well-being. Throughout my career in Colombia, Chile, and the United States, I have worked in clinical, school, and community settings, which has enriched my multicultural and trauma-sensitive perspective. I focus on supporting immigrants and Hispanic families as they navigate cultural adjustment, emotional integration, and mental wellness. In our sessions, clients learn practical strategies to manage stress, improve communication, strengthen resilience, and create healthier, more balanced relationships.

I’m here to walk with you on your journey toward emotional balance, personal growth, and mental well-being.
