Urooba Saeed

Bilingual | M.S. Clinical Mental Health Counseling (in progress), Texas Tech University

Hi there! My name is Urooba Saeed. I am a bilingual counseling intern currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Texas Tech University. I bring professional experience as a former Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapist, where I spent two years working closely with children diagnosed with autism.

As a South Asian, Pakistani woman, I understand the importance of culturally sensitive care and the unique challenges individuals from diverse backgrounds may face when seeking mental health support. My background deeply informs my approach to therapy, allowing me to create a space where clients feel seen, respected, and understood.

I provide compassionate therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, supporting individuals as they navigate a range of challenges, including:

  • Life transitions
  • Attachment issues
  • Neurodivergence (e.g., ADHD, autism)
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Trauma
  • Relationship concerns

I am committed to walking alongside my clients on their journey toward healing, growth, and meaningful change. My goal is to help each person feel empowered, supported, and connected in their lives.
