Here to help you.

Sasha Rodriguez
Accepting new client in the Pasadena location.
Hello, I’m Sasha Rodriguez, and I’m so glad you’re here.
Taking the first step toward counseling can feel overwhelming. Opening up, being vulnerable, and sharing what’s on your heart isn’t always easy. If you’re feeling unsure, stuck, or simply need a space where you can exhale and be yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you.
I strive to create a safe, compassionate environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Whether you’re looking for someone to help you process difficult experiences, navigate life transitions, or simply sit with you in the hard moments, you don’t have to do it alone. My approach to counseling is eclectic and personalized because no two people are the same. Together, we’ll find what works best for you and your goals.
Life moves quickly, and at times it can feel like everyone else is moving forward while you’re standing still. My role is to help you reconnect with your strengths, build practical tools, and gain clarity so you can move in the direction that feels right for you. My hope is that when our work together comes to a close, you’ll carry those tools with confidence and trust in yourself.
Before becoming a counselor, I worked in the business world in supply chain and project management. While that chapter taught me structure and problem-solving, I eventually felt called toward a more meaningful path in helping others heal and grow. I earned my graduate degree from Lamar University, where I learned that counseling is a field that constantly evolves. Because of that, I remain committed to ongoing learning and growth so I can best serve my clients. I have experience working with trauma and understand the courage it takes to begin that healing process.
On a personal note, I was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and still call it home. I love exploring new places (17 countries and counting!), hiking with my dog, Whiskey, and spending time with my husband. I also fully embrace cozy nights in, rewatching favorite shows and reading on my Kindle. I believe in living life fully and helping my clients do the same in ways that feel authentic to them.
If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honored to support you.
I work with teens and adults, and my space is welcoming to individuals from every walk of life.
Let’s take that next step together.
