Here to help you.

Sasha Rodriguez
Accepting new client in the Pasadena location.
Hello! My name is Sasha Rodriguez. Are you scared to step into your vulnerability and share what is on your mind? I am here to help. I create a safe space whether you need someone to talk to, guide you, or a shoulder to cry on for your healing journey. I use an eclectic approach to my counseling method and tailor it to each one of my clients so that I can provide the best help. The world is ever-changing, and sometimes we can feel left behind and not moving forward. Let me help you get where you need to be so that one day, when our journey together is done, you can take the tools learned and take that step forward.
Who am I? I started in the business world working in supply chain and project management, and it wasn’t up until I had the guidance that I fully felt my heart needed to change to help others. Now, I have experience working with trauma clients for close to two years. I am supervised by District Counseling’s founder, Francisco Ortiz, MS, NCC, LPC-S, LPCC, and he is helping me continue to grow as a counselor. I did my graduate studies at Lamar University, where outstanding professors taught me that this career will forever change no matter what we learn in school. Therefore, I have taken it upon myself to continue to learn new things, as I know I will be forever learning to help you.
On a personal level, I was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and have not lived anywhere else. Because of that, I have been to 14 different countries and counting! I enjoy hiking with my dog, Whiskey, and with my husband. I enjoy being a couch potato while watching my favorite shows on repeat. I love to read, but with my busy life, I have moved to audiobooks. I am currently searching for new hobbies to take on and enjoying this life as much as possible.
Talk to me, and we will work on moving in the direction you want to go!
I see clients in English, those bilingual in English and Spanish, and teens and adults only. My room is a safe space for every walk of life.
