Hi! My name is Ryan Moore. I am currently an LPC-A under the supervision of Francisco Ortiz, LPC-S. I am a therapist in Fort Worth accepting new clients.
Counseling is not just a job to me, it’s a calling. My aim is to provide you a space to feel safe, validated, heard, and understood. I use a therapeutic approach called Gestalt, which is all about being present in the here and now. This approach is about mindfulness and bringing feelings to the surface that have been hidden or disregarded. I also use an Adlerian approach, which mainly focuses on family of origin and elements of your past. These are all fancy terms, however, the goal behind my approach is to connect with you, to really see you! I hold the space we will share very seriously and tenderly, and your vulnerability will be stewarded with the utmost care. Committing to therapy is a brave step to take and trusting someone with something as special as your heart is not lost on me. It is a privilege to walk on this journey with you as you begin to discover and heal. Begin your journey to authenticity, vulnerability, and self-love and I will walk beside you the whole way.
Some things about me, you can expect me to be real and bring my authentic self to our sessions. Apart from counseling, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife and chocolate lab pup! I enjoy hiking and being in the outdoors, and I’m also a gamer and an introvert, so I spend plenty of time inside. I also very much enjoy playing guitar and writing poetry. Looking forward to getting to know you in our sessions!
