Here to help you.

Kendall Baker
Hi! My name is Kendall! I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, compassion, and the belief that every person has the capacity to grow. My areas of focus include anxiety, major life changes, relationship issues, self-esteem, stress management, coping skills, family concerns, and ADHD.
In our work together, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), as well as strengths-based and solution-focused approaches. This means we’ll explore both the challenges you’re facing and the strengths you already have, while building practical tools you can use in your daily life. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and equipped to navigate life with more clarity and confidence.
Outside the therapy room, I value balance and connection — whether that’s playing with my dogs, going for a run, cheering on my favorite sports teams, or spending time with family and friends. I bring that same spirit into my practice, encouraging clients not only to work through life’s difficulties but also to embrace the moments that bring joy and meaning.
