Javier Perez

Hello, my name is Javier Perez. I am fluent in both Spanish and English. I have a combined four years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a clinical setting. I have collaborated with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, behavioral problems, and substance abuse. On a personal note, I enjoy playing team sports, creating digital art, and spending time with loved ones.

As a mental health advocate, I actively work on encouraging an empathetic, collaborative environment that promotes understanding and acceptance of oneself while facing mental health challenges. I believe that self-improvement stems from a position of strength, and that by accepting ourselves, we create a stable foundation of self-worth from which internal motivation can arise. Through the compassionate and kind acknowledgment of our present selves, we can begin to foster personal growth that aligns with our potential.

Hola, me llamo Alexis Pérez.
