I am a passionate and dedicated psychotherapist who have spent over 25 years in the field of mental health. I am of the belief that establishment of a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients is important to the success of the healing process. Sometimes ‘life happens’ and you find yourself in situations that need professional help, I am your man. I use the eclectic approach in my treatment which allows me to incorporate different modalities to facilitate the agreed goals in the treatment plan. Whether the issues are PTSD, Anger, Depression, Anxiety, Addictive Behavior, Couples’ Counseling, Sexual abuse, ADHD, Eating Disorder, Panic Attacks, and other mental health related problems, I am experienced enough to work through it with you and get you back to acceptable level of psychological functioning. During your initial visit, we will establish goals and develop specific strategies to achieve them.
