I am a counselor-in-training who is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and understood. Beginning counseling can feel vulnerable, and I strive to meet each person with empathy, curiosity, and respect.
My approach is collaborative and client-centered, honoring your unique experiences while supporting growth at your own pace. As a student counselor, I am closely supervised and grounded in current, evidence-based practices, bringing care and intention to each session.
