Brianna Marsh

Licensed Master Social Worker

Here to help you.

Brianna Marsh

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Texas with a Master’s degree from Long Island University. I specialize in working with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or feelings of being stuck and uncertain about their next steps.

My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a profound respect for your story. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership—where your voice is heard, your experiences are honored, and your goals remain central to our work. I use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and a strengths-based approach to help you better understand yourself, break unhelpful patterns, and develop tools for lasting change.

I genuinely believe you already possess the strength and insight needed to grow—sometimes you just need the right support to uncover it. Whether you’re starting therapy for the first time or returning after a break, I’m here to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you reconnect with your power, clarity, and confidence.
