Soy una consejera de salud mental dedicada con más de 10 años de experiencia apoyando a individuos, familias y grupos para lograr el bienestar emocional y psicológico. Como terapeuta bilingüe (español e inglés), me especializo en crear terapia accesible y culturalmente sensible para diversas comunidades, incluyendo personas LGBTQ+. Me especializo en brindar terapia basada en evidencia para la ansiedad, la depresión, el trauma y los desafíos en las relaciones, adaptando mi enfoque a las necesidades únicas de cada cliente.
Tengo una maestría en Consejería en Salud Mental de la Universidad de Phoenix, Recinto de Puerto Rico, soy Consejera Profesional Licenciada (LPC) y miembro de la Junta Nacional de Consejeros Certificados (NBCC). Mi compromiso con el desarrollo profesional continuo me permite mantenerme al día con los últimos avances en técnicas terapéuticas e investigación en salud mental.
Apasionada por empoderar a los demás, fomento un entorno terapéutico colaborativo y compasivo donde los clientes se sienten escuchados, comprendidos y apoyados. Integro la terapia cognitivo-conductual (TCC), la terapia EMDR, la atención informada sobre el trauma y técnicas de atención plena para ayudar a mis clientes a afrontar los desafíos de la vida y alcanzar sus metas.
Fuera de mi consulta, me gusta pasar tiempo con mi familia, también disfruto pintando lienzos con diamantes, caminar en los parques y escuchar música y podcasts cristianos.
