Here to help you.

I’m Luis Sanchez, LMSW, a bilingual Latino psychotherapist offering therapy in English and Spanish. My work is rooted in dignity, compassion, and cultural awareness, shaped by my own lived experience as an immigrant and member of the LGBTQ+ community, and by years of walking with clients through their most painful and transformative moments.
You may feel like you have been carrying too much for far too long. The grief that never seems to heal, the trauma that resurfaces again and again, and the exhausting effort it takes to hold yourself together when everything feels unbearably heavy. Maybe you have felt invisible in your relationships, disconnected from your identity, or weighed down by immigration stress and cultural barriers. At times it can feel like no one truly understands your pain, leaving you to carry it all alone.
You don’t have to keep holding it by yourself. You deserve care, you deserve healing, and you deserve a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Therapy with me is close, present, and real. I am not a distant observer, but someone who sits with you, listens deeply to your story, and walks alongside you through the process. Over the years, I have worked with people facing grief, trauma, violence, identity struggles, relationship challenges, and systemic barriers. I have witnessed individuals and families rise from their deepest pain, reclaim their strength, and begin to live more fully.
Beginning therapy can feel like standing at the edge of something unknown, but it can also be the first step toward rediscovering yourself. In our work together, you will find a space where your story is honored, your identity is affirmed, and your healing is always at the center. Together, we will build a path that helps you reconnect with your voice, your resilience, and your wholeness.
You do not have to keep carrying this weight alone. You have held too much for too long. You deserve rest, you deserve compassion, and you deserve a space where your pain has a voice, your story is received with care, and your healing is nurtured. Therapy can be that space where your struggles are not dismissed but understood, and where you are not left to face them in silence. Here, you will find care, dignity, and authentic presence. Together, step by step, we will walk toward your healing, your strength, and the life you deserve.
Has llevado demasiado durante demasiado tiempo.
