Accepting new client in the Spring Tomball location.
I work collaboratively with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, and other issues that prevent them from fully showing up for themselves or the people in their lives. Sometimes we cannot understand what we are feeling, or why we act the way we do. We hold onto old stories of ourselves and limit ourselves when we don’t even realize we are doing it. I also have experience and a love for working with adolescents and children. I approach my young clients with respect, recognizing them as unique individuals with their own aspirations, challenges, and dreams, separate from their parents/guardians.
My background is in fine arts, with an emphasis in creative writing. I like to offer creative solutions to my clients to help them see their struggles in a different light. All of our sessions can be traditional talk therapy, or we can work together using mediums such as journaling, drawing, or collaging (among many other options).
It would be my privilege to help you on your healing journey, providing a safe and understanding space where you can softly land. I believe you are the expert on your own life; I work collaboratively with my clients to create a plan and work towards the change you want to see in yourself and in the way you encounter the world.
