Here to help you.

As a Colombian, I understand many immigrants’ migration journeys after leaving their home countries. This journey is often filled with a complex mix of thoughts,
emotions, and wounds that can create barriers to fulfilling one’s purpose, embracing life, and holding onto hope—sometimes overwhelming.
I view therapy as a transformative process that requires time and space for growth and healing. Throughout this process, individuals acquire a toolkit for mastering their thoughts, emotions, and fears and identifying areas that need attention. Therapists serve as reflective mirrors, illuminating the aspects that require focus, but it is a collaborative work.
My goal is to support individuals in their psychoeducational journeys. I primarily focus on those aged 8 and older facing challenges such as depression, adjustment disorders, and anxiety disorders. I am fluent in both English and Spanish, so you can choose which language you prefer to use.
I’m here to equip you with the essential tools to flourish again!
