Here to help you.

Anthony J. Childress
Accepting new client in the Spring Tomball location.
Life happens and even though we can acknowledge that there are aspects of it that we can’t control, this fact doesn’t change how difficult it can be to navigate through towards being our best version of ourselves. It takes courage to not only acknowledge that we may need help in dealing with things that have dealt with us. Whether it is related to trauma, anxiety, grief and/or depression, these heavy states of being can trip us all up at various moments and stages in our lives. There is no shame in taking this step, in fact, it is commendable.
My therapeutic process is relational, collaborative conversational combined with individualize techniques that will cater to your treatment goals and objectives. We will do this together, with no judgment, and at a pace that is comforting to you. You’re not what you have been through nor what you’re experiencing. It would be my honor to have you as a Client.
This is a non judgmental process, you are allowed to be human, give yourself some Grace, you are not what you’ve been through.
