Here to help you.

Supervised by Fallon Fields, LPC
Hello, my name is Liliana Caraciuc. I am a graduate student at Bradley University, currently pursuing a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I provide counseling services under the direct supervision of Ms. Fallon Fields.
My counseling approach is integrative and multicultural, based on the belief that each client’s experiences, cultural background, values, and worldview should be respected and valued. I aim to meet clients where they are, tailoring therapeutic techniques to their individual needs instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach. I see counseling as a collaborative process where clients actively participate in their own growth and healing.
I work with people at all stages of life, and I especially enjoy supporting teenagers and parents. I find fulfillment in helping adolescents explore identity, manage emotions, improve communication, and navigate life changes, while also assisting parents in strengthening bonds, fostering understanding, and promoting effective family communication. My work often emphasizes building insight, resilience, and healthier relationship patterns that promote long-term growth.
During sessions, I often incorporate mindfulness, meditation, and other holistic techniques to enhance emotional awareness, stress management, and the mind–body connection. These practices help clients cultivate greater presence, self-compassion, and clarity, along with practical tools for handling anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and daily stress. I see mindfulness as an accessible and adaptable practice that promotes intentional responses rather than automatic reactions.
I am dedicated to creating a warm, empathetic, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. My goal is to help individuals and families gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful change that reflects their values and true selves.
