Counselor-In-Training

Hello, my name is Chloe Sady and I am a second-year student at Palo Alto University pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am located at the District Counseling – Memorial office and am accepting new clients under the direct supervision of Ms. Fallon Fields.

I bring a unique blend of clinical insight and artistic expression to everything I do. I have several years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both educational and mental health settings, supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, and behavioral challenges.

My counseling identity is rooted in a humanistic and strength-based perspective. I aim to create a space where clients can rediscover their resilience, connect with their inner voice, and move toward change that aligns with their authentic selves.

In sessions, I often integrate mindfulness as a way to help clients slow down, tune into their emotions, and reconnect with their bodies in the present moment. I view mindfulness not as striving for stillness or perfection, but as the gentle practice of noticing — creating space between thought and reaction, allowing for awareness, compassion, and intentional change. By incorporating grounding techniques, breathwork, and reflective awareness, I support clients in developing a deeper connection with themselves and their internal experience.

I am dedicated to fostering an empathetic and collaborative environment where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives.
