Here to help you.

Accepting new clients at Copperfield office
My ideal client is a teen or young adult healing from childhood trauma. They struggle with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and setting boundaries. They often feel overwhelmed, unsure of how to express their needs, and stuck in unhealthy patterns. They want to feel in control, build self-worth, and break free from their past. They seek a safe space to be heard and tools to manage emotions, set limits, and develop healthier relationships. Ultimately, they want peace, clarity, and hope for lasting change. I help teens and young adults heal from childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation.
I offer a safe space to process emotions, build coping skills, and set healthy boundaries. My trauma-informed approach supports clients in understanding their past and creating lasting change in their lives. I know how heavy things can feel when you’re carrying pain from the past while trying to move forward. You’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. Healing takes courage, and even considering support is a powerful first step. When you’re ready, I’m here to walk with you—at your pace, in a space where you can just be you.
