Tara Beck

Licensed Master Social Worker

Here to help you.

Are you finding it hard to balance caring for others while staying connected to who you are? Maybe you feel the invisible weight of expectations, from relationships, work, faith, and society that pull you away from your own needs and sense of self. Beginning to see these patterns can feel confusing or bring up guilt as you try to honor your needs without letting others down. These moments may feel unsettling, but they’re also invitations to reconnect with yourself and the life you’re growing into. I work with women moving through life transitions, relationship changes, and identity shifts, learning to stay true to themselves through it all.

I help clients slow down and reconnect with themselves and their relationships. My goal is to create a space where you can explore what’s not working, strengthen what is, and move toward a more grounded, authentic way of being. Together, we’ll clarify what matters most, nurture your relationships, and develop tools to navigate life’s ups and downs with greater confidence.

Tending to your needs is a strength, not selfishness. You don’t have to navigate these shifts alone, reach out to take that first step toward feeling more like yourself again. I offer a free consultation to answer any questions and help you decide if we’re a good fit.
