Life has shown me that it is a long journey where you are both a teacher and a student. Sometimes you teach, but every day you learn. My thoughts at the start of each day set my motivation, and even when facing obstacles, I remember that every puzzle has a solution. My Counseling experience focuses on helping people bring their lives into balance and find motivation on their healing journey. I incorporate an eclectic set of therapeutic tools for adolescents and adults, including ACT, CBT, and DBT, among others, to help English- and Spanish-speaking individuals develop a stronger sense of self.
