As an LPC-Associate, the well-being of my clients is my top concern. I have experience working with couples, children, adolescents, and adults. I strive to create a welcoming, non-judgmental space where clients feel free to express themselves and work through their challenges.
By using a client-centered approach, I aim to build trust and understanding with my clients, which will allow us to address concerns in a meaningful and authentic way. I often use various therapeutic approaches—like Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Play Therapy—to provide an impactful, effective experience tailored to the client’s needs. I also like to incorporate art therapy techniques into sessions with young clients who may find it easier to express their thoughts and feelings creatively through different mediums.
Whether someone is facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or any other concerns, I am here to support my clients as we navigate through them together. My aim is to empower people by identifying their strengths and developing strategies to move them toward enhancing their well-being and achieving their goals.
