Soy una profesional que desde hace m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os ayudo a personas a atravesar sus miedos y dificultades, a aceptar y procesar sus emociones, a resolver problemas en sus relaciones personales, a encontrar esperanza y a hacer cambios en sus vidas. Tengo experiencia acompa\u00f1ando a personas con problemas de abuso de sustancias y a sus familias, y a personas con estr\u00e9s, ansiedad, traumas y crisis vitales.\u00a0Trabajo la regulaci\u00f3n de la autoestima e imagen corporal, el manejo de la ira y los procesos de duelo, desarraigo e inmigraci\u00f3n. Ofrezco\u00a0atenci\u00f3n a adultos, parejas, ni\u00f1os, adolescentes y familias. Me especializo en personas de cultura hispanohablante. Hablo ingl\u00e9s y espa\u00f1ol.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
Obtuve mi licencia en Psicolog\u00eda\u00a0y mi tecnicatura en Counseling en mi pa\u00eds de nacimiento (Argentina)\u00a0 y luego me mov\u00ed\u00a0a la ciudad de Cypress, donde obtuve mi certificaci\u00f3n en Life Coaching.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
