I am fluent in both Spanish and English. I have a combined four years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a clinical setting. I have collaborated with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, behavioral problems, and substance abuse. On a personal note, I enjoy playing team sports, creating digital art, and spending time with loved ones.<br><br>As a mental health advocate, I actively work on encouraging an empathetic, collaborative environment that promotes understanding and acceptance of oneself while facing mental health challenges. I believe that self-improvement stems from a position of strength, and that by accepting ourselves, we create a stable foundation of self-worth from which internal motivation can arise. Through the compassionate and kind acknowledgment of our present selves, we can begin to foster personal growth that aligns with our potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Hola, me llamo Alexis P\u00e9rez.
