I hold a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Life is filled with plenty of obstacles, but you do not have to face them alone. As your counselor, it is my mission to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I have a passion for working collaboratively with clients to realize their goals and providing them with the tools for navigating the complex challenges of life.&nbsp;I believe each person and their experiences are unique. Therefore, I pull from several approaches when working with clients to meet their individual needs. Some of these include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person-centered, and existential. I have experience counseling children as young as five, teens, and adults of all ages experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, Autism, ADHD, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and more. I have also completed level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>I know reaching out can be difficult, but I am glad you\u2019re taking the first step!
