My journey into this field began with my own mental health challenges; therapy changed my life, and it inspired a lifelong mission to help others find that same path to healing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Before transitioning into full-time clinical therapy, I spent\u00a0seven years serving as a teacher and professional school counselor. This experience gives me a unique \u00abinsider\u2019s view\u00bb of the pressures students face, but my passion extends to helping individuals of all ages. Today,\u00a0I work with both youth and adults, specializing in the treatment of\u00a0anxiety, depression, and trauma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0I am especially passionate about serving our Hispanic community. As a bilingual therapist, I bridge the gap for Spanish-speaking families who often find the mental health system overwhelming.
