It can help you accomplish the goals you have been trying to achieve for yourself, yet you find yourself getting stuck. Through the therapeutic relationship, we will explore your internal and external world and develop an understanding of how this is impacting you in the present moment. You will learn unique psychological skills to help you decrease the impact these issues are having on your life. Counseling and Psychotherapy will help you to re-align yourself to what is important to you and help you find a life of purpose and meaning.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"e2282-e7 x-acc-item\"><button id=\"tab-e2282-e7\" class=\"x-acc-header\" role=\"button\" type=\"button\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"panel-e2282-e7\" data-x-toggle=\"collapse\" data-x-toggleable=\"e2282-e7\"><span class=\"x-acc-header-content\"><span class=\"x-acc-header-indicator\">&#x276F;<\/span><span class=\"x-acc-header-text\">Will I be diagnosed?<\/span><\/span><\/button><div id=\"panel-e2282-e7\" role=\"region\" aria-hidden=\"true\" aria-labelledby=\"tab-e2282-e7\" data-x-toggleable=\"e2282-e7\" data-x-toggle-collapse=\"1\" class=\"x-collapsed\"><div class=\"x-acc-content\">Not necessarily. We do not diagnose mental health disorders unless it is necessary or requested by you. At District Counseling we believe you are so much more than a label, and I have personally seen negative effects mental health diagnosis can have on a client. The way we see it, you are human and part of living the human experience includes pain and suffering. People display their suffering in different forms, thus the DSM has created labels for these. <\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"e2282-e8 x-acc-item\"><button id=\"tab-e2282-e8\" class=\"x-acc-header\" role=\"button\" type=\"button\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"panel-e2282-e8\" data-x-toggle=\"collapse\" data-x-toggleable=\"e2282-e8\"><span class=\"x-acc-header-content\"><span class=\"x-acc-header-indicator\">&#x276F;<\/span><span class=\"x-acc-header-text\">Do you accept insurance?<\/span><\/span><\/button><div id=\"panel-e2282-e8\" role=\"region\" aria-hidden=\"true\" aria-labelledby=\"tab-e2282-e8\" data-x-toggleable=\"e2282-e8\" data-x-toggle-collapse=\"1\" class=\"x-collapsed\"><div class=\"x-acc-content\"><p>Currently we have a few providers in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield. If you wish to be reimbursed by your own insurance we can provide you with a super bill. Keep in mind, we will need to place a diagnosis code if you plan on getting reimbursed by your personal health insurance.<\/p>\n\n<h6>DISCLOSURE<\/h6>\n<p>We cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed by your insurance provider. The answer, It depends. Every one is different, and it really varies person to person. Each follow up session can be anywhere from 50 to 80 minutes. For individual counseling, an hour (50 minutes) is sufficient. For couple\u2019s counseling, we highly recommend 80 minutes. In your initial session, we will further discuss this and decide the best approach.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"e2282-e11 x-acc-item\"><button id=\"tab-e2282-e11\" class=\"x-acc-header\" role=\"button\" type=\"button\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"panel-e2282-e11\" data-x-toggle=\"collapse\" data-x-toggleable=\"e2282-e11\"><span class=\"x-acc-header-content\"><span class=\"x-acc-header-indicator\">&#x276F;<\/span><span class=\"x-acc-header-text\">Do you offer in-home therapy services for individual counseling?<\/span><\/span><\/button><div id=\"panel-e2282-e11\" role=\"region\" aria-hidden=\"true\" aria-labelledby=\"tab-e2282-e11\" data-x-toggleable=\"e2282-e11\" data-x-toggle-collapse=\"1\" class=\"x-collapsed\"><div class=\"x-acc-content\">No we do not.
